The new web site is great. The main menu bar with its dropdown sub-menus is very useful. The pictures on the pages that list locos, cars, track, etc. are bigger than on the previous web site, which is a nice feature. I just took delivery on my first order from ERH, and both the sales price and service were excellent. I greatly appreciate the fact that I can order from a Canadian importer and pay only 1/3 (!) the premium postage American importers rather unreasonably require, a savings on this single coach order of some C$20.00. I look forward to doing more business (just made two 2010 new product reservations) with ERH and would commend them to all.
