Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) class v 90 heavy switcher locomotive. Crimson basic color scheme. Original version without metal railings on the sides. The loco looks as it did around 1967.Use: Switching and freight trains.

Model: This is a technical variation. The loco has a built-in digital decoder and sound generator for operation with mfx and DCC. It also has a motor with a flywheel, 4 axles powered. Traction tires are fitted. The locomotive has Telex couplers front and rear that can be controlled separately. Triple headlight and twin red marker lights change ends with direction of travel, will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. The loco also has cab lighting. There are separately applied metal handrails. Additional steps can be installed below the cab if the model is used on larger track radii. Length over the buffers 89 mm / 3-1/2.
