To meet the urgent need for modern steam locomotives, the Luxembourg State Railways acquired KDL 1 class engines (DRB class 52), which were available fairly quickly. These were mainly used to manage traffic on the Northern line until 1961.
The model will be implemented based on the current 52 series without any changes.
