This kit symbolizes a historic gate keeper´s house (in the German area of Wuerttemberg). Many details are made of genuine wood (e.g. paneling, doors, shutters etc). The annex can be attached to one of the building sides. Inside lights can be installed. It matches perfectly with train station Kupferzell (Busch 1468) and signal tower Sigmaringen (Busch 1425).
