Fantastic Site Look no where else. You are wasting time researching the internet. I am speechless on this site. I had analog 1978 Marklin set in India that I moved over to the USA last year. Although it was functioning I had worn out tires, needed oil, needed a transformer to run on 120 V, bulbs, and Walter helped me with that. That made my aging parents estatic that the old system was running again smooth. I then ordered a new digital set earlier this year and have more stuff on its way. I love the packaging it comes in. My kids are telling me all my retirement money is going to Walter !!!! Thank you for an amazing site and don't ever go out of business or sell your business to someone else.

I found Euro Rail Hobbies store in 2004 and since then it has been my store #1 for purchasing all my train needs. I have placed many orders and I was always pleased with the items without having a single problem. No other store can compete with Walter's custumer service - he simply watches out for you and he does not let you make any mistakes! Walter and Diane have always helped me a lot with my many questions about items and with the right item to buy. They have been helping me a lot with my train collection (including some very hard to find items) as well as with tips and ideas of how to build my new layout. I totally recommend this store for any railroad modelers from the beginner to the expert, kids to adults and obviously to the most serious collectors! The range of products is absolutely complete and with his new website search engine it is even easier to browse the product lines! I must say, this website is brilliant, no need to look or seek another! Jan and Walter cover an amazing range of products giving tremendous advice to Model Railway "tragic's" like me. I'd suggest, 5% of what these guys may forget, I would never know in my lifetime. I'm hooked on this On-line store, big time and to be honest and frank, the help offered by these folk is both professional and practical, in the most courteous way.

I just took delivery on my first order from ERH, and both the sales price and service were excellent. I greatly appreciate the fact that I can order from a Canadian importer and pay only 1/3 (!) the premium postage American importers rather unreasonably require, a savings on this single coach order of some C$20.00. I look forward to doing more business (just made two 2010 new product reservations) with ERH and would commend them to all.
