I am a conservative Marklin H/O modelist. My interest in this extent goes back to early 1960s. I am building a well detailed major new layout. I have made several purchases from Euro Rail Hobbies & More, Inc. Mr. Walter Menzel and his colleagues have always been competent and helpful. The website, a successfully conceived and implemented job, is uncommonly user friendly, efficient, and secure. All my orders have been professionally processed and arrived in time. The amounts due for the goods and services obtained have always been acceptable (hope never changes) and precise values. After all, I consequently am pleased to thank Mr. Walter Menzel and his colleagues for all. I will continue to place new orders as needs arise and certainly recommend Euro Rail Hobbies & More, Inc. to the interested parties.

I model Dutch prototype in N-Scale. Not exactly a huge market. EuroRailHobbies had the last 6400-class diesel in Railion colors. And it was 1 1/2 weeks before Christmas. Not only did they call me to confirm the shipping method (and how to get it to me before the holiday), I received it a day and a half later - from the other coast and another country... I would highly recommend EuroRailHobbies to anyone modeling European railroading!

I found Euro Rail Hobbies store in 2004 and since then it has been my store #1 for purchasing all my train needs. I have placed many orders and I was always pleased with the items without having a single problem. No other store can compete with Walter's custumer service - he simply watches out for you and he does not let you make any mistakes! Walter and Diane have always helped me a lot with my many questions about items and with the right item to buy. They have been helping me a lot with my train collection (including some very hard to find items) as well as with tips and ideas of how to build my new layout. I totally recommend this store for any railroad modelers from the beginner to the expert, kids to adults and obviously to the most serious collectors! The range of products is absolutely complete and with his new website search engine it is even easier to browse the product lines! I was needing some scenery materials and trees for my N scale layout ,as getting them locally is hit and miss and many of the ones I`ve seen online are either kinda poor in quality or very expensive. I was on one of the Euro sites (Busch perhaps) and Euro Rail Hobbies came up in the dealer section ,so I decided to have a look. Well.....am I ever glad I did, as I found exactly what I was looking for as well as N scale vehicles and Preiser figures...BONUS !!! I placed my order via the website and 4 days later my doorbell rang ,it was the mailman with a nice large box in hand !!! I was absolutely shocked that my order had already arrived from BC to MB..WOW ! All my order was in place,well packed and in perfect shape. If a company wants my business and money ,all they have to do is follow the model EuroRailHobbies has set forth ,as they obviously know what customer service is all about as well as I was contacted about the progress of my order. I also love the way they have their website set up,it makes it so absolutely easy to see what they have in each category and order.They also seem to have real time inventory status and tell you if items are backordered.I also like their log in feature to tell you order status etc. I noticed they have a lot of items on back order that can be ordered for customers ,I will have to confirm this on my next order,as there were some items I wanted. All in all ,it sure is nice to have a company located in Canada that I can order from, as I sometimes need to order from the USA ,and although I realize prices are in US dollars at Euro Rail Hobbies ,shipping and sometimes customs and long wait times can add up very very quickly when ordering from the US. So I don`t mind paying in US, as I know that`s the price of doing business when dealing with European companies and the Euro dollar. So, after this long winded write up ,I just want to conclude by saying I will be ordering from this fine company again, as I have the most confidence in the way they do things and treat their customers. I must say though, it`s probably a good thing I model in North American N scale locomotives and rolling stock, as I would probably go broke if they stocked those items...LOL Keep up the great work Euro Rail Hobbies !!
