I put my first of five purchase order just one year ago and my experience with you is excellent. The web site is amazing, easy to sail through it and prices are most of the time cheaper than other places. I can say that I visit many other dealers in Europe and USA before I put a new purchase order. Also when I had some question and call by telephone the answer is always immediately.

According to my records, I've been a customer of Euro Rail Hobbies for more than a decade. It was Walter who introduced me to Maerklin Digital back in 2002 when I bought the handsome Bavarian mallet BR 96 in ochre livery. Other locomotives were to follow; Viessmann catenary, building kits, trackage, electronics--and, gratefully, spare parts! Walter and his splendid crew can supply all the trains and accessories a model railroader could want. Like many in the hobby, I roam about websites, and have had other sources before I discovered EuroRail Hobbies, but for me ERH is the very best in service, in giving advice--and in price, even with the international transaction fee the banks tack on. The website is superb, and I visit it regularly. What it comes down to is trust--Walter Menzel, family and crew, are merchants and human beings you can trust.

I found Euro Rail Hobbies store in 2004 and since then it has been my store #1 for purchasing all my train needs. I have placed many orders and I was always pleased with the items without having a single problem. No other store can compete with Walter's custumer service - he simply watches out for you and he does not let you make any mistakes! Walter and Diane have always helped me a lot with my many questions about items and with the right item to buy. They have been helping me a lot with my train collection (including some very hard to find items) as well as with tips and ideas of how to build my new layout. I totally recommend this store for any railroad modelers from the beginner to the expert, kids to adults and obviously to the most serious collectors! The range of products is absolutely complete and with his new website search engine it is even easier to browse the product lines! I'm impressed with Euro Rail Hobbies website and service. The website is great for finding an item and buying it. This is the third Marklin HO item I have purchased within a month. The service is the best! This afternoon I called about an item before I ordered it. The salesperson helped me out and I ordered the item within minutes.
