At 69, I am new to “N” scale—having had an LGB set-up since my forties which my son now has—and I did not want to make an expensive mistake as I downsize in retirement! I'm impressed with Euro Rail Hobbies website and service. The website is great for finding an item and buying it. This is the third Marklin HO item I have purchased within a month. The service is the best! This afternoon I called about an item before I ordered it. The salesperson helped me out and I ordered the item within minutes. This is a great site and the ONLY company who sells special Pola and other items that are hard to find. Also, they really work with you on any problems finding supplies, contacting POLA and other companies about replacement parts missing from kits, etc. The owner of the company will actually WRITE you an e-mail and work with you for complete satisfaction! I give them an A+++ and highly recommend them!!
