On Saturday, April 27, 2002 the unveiling of the fourth locomotive in the Swiss Collection series took place on Collectors Day in Biel, Switzerland. The subject of this year’s model of the class 460 has a special association with the 100th anniversary of the Swiss Federal Railways: The cockade, an enameled medallion, on the work caps of high railroad officials with the Swiss cross in a halo, flanked by golden oak leaves.

Model: Locomotive comes with the new 5-pole mini-club motor. Both cars in a special version. Not available separately. Headlights with maintenance-free LEDs. Length over buffers 84 mm / 3-5/16".
The 88462 locomotive is being produced in a one-time series only in 2002.
