New Site Policy on Minimum Orders

Due an increasing number of smaller on-Line orders, we are forced to resort to a minimum order policy. We have done our best to avoid this policy and put it off as long as possible. However, the staff time involved in processing these orders makes the costs prohibitive.

This policy will allow us to maintain our high standards of customer service and current low prices for all our customers.

Effective April 7, 2001, all orders must have a minimum value of $65.00 Cdn. or $45.00 U.S. Our on-line order form will now only allow orders to be sent if they have reached these values.

All previously placed orders that do not meet the minimum value requirements will be honoured.
