Shipment Information & Tracking Numbers

Due to the volume of shipments we have been sending out since Christmas, we have unfortunately fallen behind in e-mailing customers to let them know their order has shipped and the tracking number for the shipment. Because of this backlog and the staff resources it takes to e-mail this information to each customer we are no longer going to be sending this information out via e-mail. We are hoping that sometime soon we can implement an automated shipment notification so we can resume sending out this information out via e-mail.

Shipment information and tracking numbers will still be available on request and through our on-line order tracking system. Simply click the link for 'Order Status' in the top right of any page on our site and enter your order number and e-mail address (the one you used to place the order). The shipping status of each item in your order and any tracking numbers will then be displayed. If you have specific questions about, or cannot use the order status page for any reason, please e-mail us and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
