Marklin Factory Policy Change 2002 MARKLIN MUSEUM CARS

Recently, we were informed by the Export Marklin Director that both the Marklin & Trix 2002 Museum Cars will no longer be made available to Factory Direct Dealers. This, of course, was after the factory asked for our 2002 Museum Car Order at the Nurnberg Toyfair. We have fought this policy to no avail, asking that they at least honour their 2002 Museum Car commitment to us. We also had the full support of the President of Marklin  USA. who strongly opposed this change from the factory, however, the Export Director had a closed mind to this grievance. We're very sorry that this change has caused a major price increase in these cars, but we are unable to do otherwise.

So, what does this mean to all those that have already ordered these cars? We have no choice, but to reflect the new price as our pre-order price was below our new cost with Marklin, USA. All those customers who ordered these cars will be given the opportunity to delete these from their respective order. In addition, those customers who keep their order for these cars will be given an additional 10% discount. Again, we apologize for this change, we simply had no choice in the matter.
