Marklin 2011 Booster Exchange Program

Marklin has announced a new booster exchange program for customers who have purchased the 60173 booster previously. With the introduction of the 60174 Booster in 2010 it is no longer necessary to insulate the running rails between the Central Station and Booster circuits. Customers can now submit their 60173 Booster to Marklin, Inc. for exchange (free of charge) to benefit from the advantages of the 60174 booster.

Note: The 60173 boosters are not defective and can continue to be used without problem. Marklin is offering this program as a way to in harmonize the wiring needed in layouts.
 
Local customers may drop off their 60173 boosters at our store and we will handle shipping them to Marklin for exchange. Customers outside the Vancouver area can send boosters directly to Marklin at the following address;
