Our retail store is moving to Summerland, BC!

We are moving! We are excited to announce that Euro Rail Hobbies & More will be moving from our current location in Langley (near Vancouver) to the City of Summerland in British Columbia’s Okanagan region.  Our new 2000 square foot+ retail store is located in downtown Summerland at 9901 Main St. alongside great shops and restaurants where we will continue to offer the same great brands and services as we do now.

Summerland is the home to BC’s famous Kettle Valley Steam Railway (https://www.kettlevalleyrail.org ) and their operating Canadian Pacific 2-8-0 steam locomotive and is only a short drive from the Osoyoos Desert Model Railroad, Canada’s largest public Marklin display layout ( http://www.osoyoosrailroad.com ). It is also located in the heart of British Columbia’s famous fruit and wine producing Okanagan region with many wineries and tourist attractions nearby.

We want to sincerely thank all our many Vancouver-area customers who have visited our store over the past 27 years. We will miss seeing you regularly but hope that we can continue to be your online source for the hobby and that you will stop in and see us in Summerland during your travels around the province!

Due to the relocation, our retail store will be temporarily closing and we will be suspending shipping for approximately 2-3 weeks in late October and early November (exact dates will be posted soon). We will resume shipping in time for our annual Black Friday Sale.  We ask for your patience in advance as we will not be able to respond to new orders, e-mails and phone calls during this time. Of course, you may continue to use our site for all your hobby wants and needs and as soon as we re-open we will do our best to address all new orders and messages as quickly as possible.

Also, the Christmas holidays will soon be upon us and we would highly recommend that holiday orders are placed as early as possible to ensure delivery for Christmas.  We will do our best to keep the downtime to a minimum, however, relocating a retail store with our amount of inventory is no small feat! Your patience and understanding during this very busy changeover is sincerely appreciated!  Thank you again to the many thousands of customers that we now serve in 90+ countries.

In the meantime, we are receiving several factory shipments and we will be fulfilling as many backorders as possible before our temporary store closure.
