2018 Holiday SHIPPING DEADLINES!

Due to the Canada Post backlog from the recent strike, we cannot guarantee the delivery date of anything shipped to Canadian addresses via Canada Post.  We recommend placing your holiday gift orders as soon as possible. If you have any questions or need to ensure an item arrives before the holidays, please call us at 1-866-799-6098 for shipping options.

US-bound parcels will continue to be shipped from Washington State via USPS and are not affected by the Canada Post strike*. 

 With the holiday season approaching quickly, please note the following holiday shipping deadlines. If you need your order to arrive before Christmas the general rule is that the longer you wait the higher the shipping cost and greater risk it may not arrive. The dates below are only guidelines given to us by the carriers and are not guaranteed so please leave as much leeway as possible when placing your order.  If your order is for Christmas, please ensure you check the "this order is a gift" checkbox and note the date you need the items in our Comments section when you place your order.

All stock information is shown on our website so you can be sure your selection will be shipped in time for the holidays. At this time is it unlikely that out of stock products can be ordered in and shipped for Christmas delivery though we will receive a number of factory shipments during these next weeks. Please view our new "Sort in stock products first" option to easily find products that can ship out for your holiday gifts.

Don't forget we also offer Gift Certificates and can create Gift Enclosures for items that are not in stock or are pre-orders.

*Holiday Shipping Terms & Notes:

• Please place your order as early as possible.
• Shipping deadlines may not include remote addresses.
• Please let us know if you need your order shipped to arrive before the 25th.
• Personalized Gift Certificates must be ordered BEFORE the 21st of December!
• Due to the volume of e-mail and orders during the holiday season, please call us if you have any urgent questions about your order's status.
• The dates above have been provided to us by the carriers as the last dates they can accept packages for delivery before the 25th of December. We cannot offer any guarantees and are not responsible for unforeseen delays once your package has been sent.
• Deadlines apply to in-stock merchandise only (we can provide a printable PDF gift enclosure via e-mail for out-of stock items - please contact us to arrange prior to December 21st).
• * A small percentage of US-bound packages may need to be shipped from Canada due to border/shipping restrictions.
